Refunds/Exchanges

Due to limited stock, all sales are final on the in-house items categorized as "AVoR Sets". If an item is purchased with the wrong size, we will exchange it if the correct size is available and the order has yet to be shipped. Send your email to info@avorapparel.com    

DTG Printing and Embroidery items are shipped through a Print-on-Demand provider. If an item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, a claim must be submitted within 30 days. If a package is lost in transit, a claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims related to being error-prone will be covered by the supplier.
